01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 616ph platform — including the website at 616ph.org and the 616ph mobile app — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any policies referenced within them, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and 616ph. If you register an account, make a deposit, or place a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these terms is treated as acceptance of the revised version.

02 Eligibility

To register and play at 616ph, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 616ph does not permit gaming by anyone under 21.
• You must be a resident of or located in the Philippines at the time of play.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the 616ph platform.

616ph reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be operated by persons under 21 will be immediately suspended and any balance held pending investigation.

03 Account Registration and KYC

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account at 616ph. Duplicate accounts are not allowed. If multiple accounts are found associated with the same person, 616ph may close all related accounts and forfeit any associated balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

Identity verification (KYC) is required before making your first deposit or withdrawal. You will need to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID. 616ph may request additional documentation — such as proof of address or source of funds — as part of an ongoing verification process. Failure to complete KYC may result in account restrictions.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Each login is secured by OTP verification to your registered mobile number. Do not share your password or OTP with anyone. 616ph will never ask for your password.

04 Deposits

All deposits at 616ph are made in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit methods include Philippine bank transfer, mobile banking, and supported local e-wallets. 616ph does not accept credit cards, cryptocurrency, or any international payment instrument as funding methods for your account.

Deposits are credited to your 616ph PHP wallet upon successful processing. Minimum deposit amounts may apply depending on the payment method chosen; these are displayed at the point of deposit. 616ph does not charge fees on deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

You must only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using funds obtained through illegal means, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted through the Withdrawal section of your account. Withdrawals are processed in PHP to your verified Philippine bank account or supported e-wallet. You may only withdraw to an account or wallet that is registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are subject to the internal review procedures of 616ph. During periods of high volume or when additional verification is required, processing may take longer than usual.

616ph reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been identified. Withdrawals may be suspended pending the outcome of any investigation into account activity.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per payment method.
• Bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

616ph offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which are displayed in full within the Promotions section of your account before you opt in.

Key principles that apply to all 616ph promotions:

• Bonuses must be claimed by eligible players only — one bonus per promotion per account.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The requirement and eligible games are stated per promotion.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are forfeited.
• If you request a withdrawal while a bonus is active and wagering is incomplete, the bonus and associated winnings will typically be forfeited.
• 616ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Abuse of promotions — including use of multiple accounts or coordinated betting to exploit bonus terms — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.

07 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available at 616ph — including slots, fish games, live casino tables, sports betting markets, and eBingo — are governed by their own individual game rules. These rules are accessible within each game or betting interface. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a bet.

Slot and RNG-based games use certified random number generation technology. Outcomes are independent of previous results. Return-to-player (RTP) figures are available in each game's paytable.

Sports betting odds and live casino results are determined by real-world events and live dealer actions respectively. 616ph does not guarantee any specific outcome. All bets placed and accepted are final, subject to standard settlement rules for each bet type.

In the event of a technical fault, game error, or connectivity issue, 616ph reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Winnings resulting from a confirmed game malfunction may be withheld pending review.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 616ph platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information.
• Allowing another person to use your account.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, game errors, or bonus structures to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of illegally obtained funds.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 616ph staff through any channel.

616ph monitors account activity and reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of these rules. Accounts under investigation may have withdrawals suspended pending the outcome.

09 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

616ph provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain platform uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary downtime for maintenance or technical issues may occur.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 616ph shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings resulting from technical faults, connectivity issues, or circumstances outside our control.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from platform use.
• Losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Changes to These Terms

616ph may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When significant changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify active players through the platform or by email.

Continued use of the 616ph platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
